Confessions of a Shopaholic the Movie

Unlike most books that are later turned into a movie, Confessions of a Shopaholic would not disappoint you.

It’s a lot different from what was in the book. Luke Brandon was actually Becky Bloomwoods’ editor in Successful Saving, making Philip non existent. Luke isn’t as intimidating as he was in the book and is quite friendly in the movie. There are many other things that “Confessions” fans may find as a contradiction, but is actually enjoyable. A breath of fresh air, you could say.

I have to give you some warning though if you’re the kind of person who wants everything copied from the book, then don’t watch the movie. If you’re someone who enjoys a good laugh, wants fall in love all over again and have your heart melted away by Luke Brandon’s new personality, then Confessions of a Shopaholic is the movie for you!

I loved it and I’m looking forward to the next “Confessions” movie.
